- Payroll – we manage the monthly payroll to ensure effective delivery of staff remuneration
- Employee relations – we maintain a supportive workplace by ensuring staff are treated fairly and consistently.
- Policy development – we develop all policies related to the management of people to ensure that there is fairness and equity across the organisation.
